The document is used to record details of a phone conversation. It consists of two tabs:
BASIC INFORMATION

The Phone Conversation section contains fields to indicate whether the call was outgoing or incoming, its date, and the participants.
It also includes a field to describe the conversation subject, content, arrangements, additional comments, and to add attachments.

The first tab also contains a table of interest details.

COMMENTS AND ATTACHEMENTS

This tab provides space for assigning tasks, additional comments, and attachments.
