The proposal document consists of two tabs.

In the PROPOSAL section, there are fields:

Document date, document number, responsible person, informed persons, and contact person.

In this tab, you can also find the Interest Details.

and PROPOSAL DETAILS.

It is a table with the product group and purchase item, quantity and unit, value and net price, currency, and VAT rate.

The section also contains a summary with the payment type and deadline, as well as a space for an attachment.

The Basic Information tab also includes a space for notes.

COMMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS

This tab provides space for assigning tasks, additional comments, and attachments.
