The request document consists of two tabs.
BASIC INFORMATION

In the REQUEST section, there is the document date and number, informed persons, responsible person, and contact person.

In the Request Details and Interest Details sections, there are the items the inquiry concerns, product group, price, quantity, net price, VAT rate and amount, summary, payment type, deadline, and space for an attachment.

You can also add additional notes in this tab.

COMMENTS AND ATTACHEMENTS

This tab provides space for assigning tasks, additional comments, and attachments.
