To create a project, open the CLIENTS application, hover over the CREATE DOCUMENT button, and select PROJECT from the list.
Search for the contractor using the selected parameter.

BASIC INFORMATION
After selecting the contractor, the contractor’s data in the BASIC INFORMATION section will be filled in automatically.

Enter the project name and internal number.
To set the status, click the field name and choose the appropriate status from the list.

In the same way, fill in the fields: Code, Category, and Type.
Enter the name/type of the Object.
DOCUMENT DETAILS
To enter the contract value, press the “+” button.
Enter the net contract value and select the VAT rate. The VAT Amount and Gross Value will be filled in automatically.
To fill in the dates: Planned Start Date, Planned End Date, Actual Start Date, Actual End Date, click the calendar icon next to the field and select the appropriate day.

The values in the Planned Duration and Actual Duration fields will be calculated automatically.

To fill in the project team section, press the button next to the position (Project Manager, Deputy Manager, Project Teams, Informed Persons) and select the appropriate person from the list, both for the contractor

and the client.
To add a subcontractor, click the “+” button in the External Resources section and find the contractor using the selected parameter.

The subcontractor, along with the responsible person, will appear in the table.

In this tab, you can also add a description and attachments.

PROJECT PLAN
In this tab, you can describe individual project stages and sub-stages in detail, assigning names, start and end dates according to the Legend below.

You can also import an existing project by clicking the IMPORT button
confirming the action

and selecting the appropriate project from the list.

DOCUMENTS

The DOCUMENTS tab contains documents assigned from other applications, divided into corresponding tabs: Filestore, Invoices, Correspondence, Orders, Resources, and Business Trips.
To add an document, click the ADD buttron and choose the proper document.
COMMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS
In this tab, you can add tasks, comments, and attachments.
Save the completed document.
