To create a service request document, open the Contractors application, switch to the SERVICE REQUESTS view, hover over the CREATE DOCUMENT button, and select SERVICE REQUEST from the list.
Search for the contractor using the selected parameter.

BASIC DATA
After selecting the contractor and the reporting person, their details will be automatically filled in the REQUESTER DATA section.
Enter the request number and select the Request Date by clicking the calendar icon and choosing the day.
Select the responsible person, click on their field, and choose a person from the list.
In a similar way, fill in the fields: Execution Status, Mode, Type, and Category.

To add a TAG, type the content in the field and confirm by clicking the “+”. You can add more than one.
Fill in the details of the premises related to the service request.

If necessary, you can add an attachment.
and a description.
DOCUMENT DETAILS
In the DOCUMENT DETAILS tab, fill in the request executor’s data. Click the CONTRACTOR FULL NAME button.
Find the contractor in the database using the selected parameter.

The data will be entered automatically.
In a similar way, select the performing person.
Enter the dates: Expected Response Date, Scheduled Inspection Date, and Scheduled Defect Removal Date. Click the calendar icon and select the date.
COMMENTS AND ATTACHEMENTS

In this tab, you can add tasks, additional comments, and attachments.
Save the completed document.
