The correspondence document consists of the following tabs: Basic Information, Approval Path, Document Details, Comments, and Attachments.
Basic info

The Basic Information tab contains the essential details of the document, including the contractor’s name and their address information.
Document details: number, journal number, type, source, confidentiality level, responsible person, client manager, and assigned department.
Information about the document’s workflow, status, and the notified person.
Additionally, related documents.
Approval path
This tab contains the approval levels and the individuals assigned to each level.

Document details
The Document Details tab includes the subject and content of the message, as well as the creation date, receipt date, and suggested response date. It also provides an option to attach files.

Comments and attachements
The tab where you can assign tasks related to the document, add comments, and attach files.
