The correspondence document consists of the following tabs: Basic Data, Approval Path, Document Details, Comments, and Attachments.
Basic Data

The Basic Data tab contains the essential information of the document, including the contractor’s name and address details.
Document data: number, journal entry number, type, source, confidentiality level, responsible person, client manager, and assigned department.
Information about the document workflow, status, and the notified person.
Additionally, related documents.
Approval path
This tab contains the approval levels and the persons assigned to them.
Document details
The Document Details tab contains two sections.
Document details: subject and message content, creation date, receipt date, and suggested response date. This section also allows attaching a file.
Detailed data: type of shipment, delivery confirmation, shipment value, fee, shipment weight, cash-on-delivery amount, remarks.

Comments and attachements
A tab where you can assign tasks related to the document, add comments, and attach files.
