The change log is used to record the history of modifications in document fields. Each entry includes the data of the person making the change, the date and time, as well as information about the field in which the change is being made.
Documents in which changes are recorded:
-Request for business trip
-Settlement of business trip
-Costs settlement
-Ewidencja przebiegu pojazdu
To open a document, click on MODIFICATION HISTORY in the top panel
The initial document contains only the author and the creation date.

After each modification of a field and saving the document, entries will appear in the change history.

An entry consists of the date and time.

The first and last name of the person making the change.

Information about the action taken, the field name, and the field values.
