The change log is used to record the history of modifications in document fields. Each entry includes the information of the person making the change, the date and time, and the details of the field in which the change is made
Documents in which changes are recorded:
-Schedule
-Day history in schedule
-Requests
To open the document, click on MODIFICATION HISTORY in the top panel.

The initial document contains only the author and the creation date.

After each field modification and saving the document, entries will appear in the modification history.

An entry consists of the date and time.

The first and last name of the person making the change.

Information about the action taken, the field name, and the field values.

Note: information about changes is recorded only after the value in the field is modified. The change is not saved when the value is entered for the first time.
