The list of applications regarding parental rights is visible in the schedule, in the BASIC INFORMATION tab, in the PARENTAL RIGHTS section.

They contain information about: the type of benefit, details, the start and end date of validity, the application issue date, and the application number, which is also a link to the application document.

Documents can also be found in the employee’s employment record, in the DOCUMENTS tab, in the RELATED DOCUMENTS -> PARENTAL RIGHTS section.

Schedule document
Information about breaks is displayed in the work schedule column, under the working time rule icon.
The ways data is displayed differ depending on the type of break selected in the application (combined or separate) and on the working time rule.
- Combined break
a) standard rule at the beginning of work – entry icon + break time range + break duration
b) flexible rule at the beginning of work – entry icon + break duration
c) standard rule at the end of work – exit icon + time range + break duration
d) flexible rule at the end of work – exit icon + break duration
- Separate break
a) standard rule – arrows in both directions icon + break time ranges + break durations
b) flexible rule – arrows in both directions icon + break durations

Schedule views
In the schedule view, applications are displayed above the day tiles to which they apply.
After clicking the icon, it expands, displaying the application details.
