The break direction (before work/after work) can be changed from two levels:

Schedule document

the change can be made by:

-clicking on the request field

clicking on the day rule and opening the tab

selecting multiple days and modifying:

Schedule views

Go to the schedule view, click SELECT CELLS, select the appropriate days, in the bottom right corner click SCHEDULE EDITS and choose the BREASTFEEDING BREAK tab.
