1. System Configuration (ORG)
In the ORG configuration → ADVANCED tab → STRUCTURE ACCESS RIGHTS table, a new column has been defined: DIRECT SUPERVISOR N+1.
Logic: Selecting the checkbox in this column for a specific document type (e.g., Leave Request) automatically adds the second-level supervisor (N+1) to the list of those with access rights to that document.
Mapping: The system treats this field identically to the “Direct Supervisor” field.
2. Verification of Access Rights in Documents
All access rights granted automatically by the system (including those for N+1) are visible to authorized users in the administrative section of each document.
In every document (Employment, Leave, Business Trip, etc.), navigate to: Tab: ADMINISTRATOR → Section: Document Access (Editor / Readers).
3. Verification Instructions (How to check if it works?)
To confirm the mechanism is functioning correctly, perform the following steps:
Open the employee’s Employment Document and trigger a “Save” action to prompt the system to recalculate access rights:
Case A (Existing N+1): If the N+1 field is already populated, click Edit and then immediately click Save.
Case B (Missing N+1): If the field is empty, click Edit, select a person in the “Direct Supervisor N+1” field, and click Save.
