Why do I see employees with whom I am not direct superiors? 

[Answer] Access to employee data can be accessed by: – Direct Supervisor – Managers of individual Department/Group/Unit/Team/Subteam or what is in the organizational structure. So if we are assigned as “heads” of individual elements of the structure, then we will have access to the employees assigned to a particular Department/Group/Unit/Team/Subteam. To see who is eligible to see people in each structure, simply click on the appropriate icon in the employment document.
