Types of leave limits:
– Annual leave: yearly and uninterrupted days off work
– Leave on demand: up to 4 days from the leave pool to be used in urgent situations
– Child care leave: 2 days or 16 hours for parents to care for a healthy child
– Care leave: up to 5 unpaid days per year to care for a family member or cohabitant requiring support due to serious medical reasons
– Leave due to force majeure: 2 days or 16 hours for sudden events, selectable in days or hours
Structure of leave data:
– Entitlement: number of days due in the current year
– Overdue: unused days from the previous year
– Used: leave days already taken in the given year
– Remaining: leave days still available to be used
