To assign or modify a user’s access rights, open the ACCESS RIGHTS application and select the CURRENTLY EMPLOYED view. Find the employee’s document in the displayed list and open it. Enable the ACCESS RIGHTS tab (stamp icon) and activate edit mode using the button in the top left panel. On the tile of the selected application, choose whether you want to grant rights to create forms (sheet icon), view (eye icon), edit (pencil icon), or delete (trash can icon). From the displayed list, select the specific form to which the change applies.
