To assign or modify a user’s access rights, open the ACCESS RIGHTS application and select the CURRENTLY EMPLOYED view. Find the employee’s document in the displayed list and open it. Enable the ACCESS RIGHTS tab and activate edit mode using the button in the top left panel. To grant access to a specific application, click the EDIT button and select the applications the user should have access to from the list.
To assign access rights within a specific application, you can edit: access to particular views, forms, the ability to create, view, edit, and delete documents, assign access levels or roles — all from the tile of the given application.
You can also assign visibility or editing permissions to specific fields by clicking the lock icon (public access rights) or the ID icon (private access rights — available in the ORG and LABOR applications) on the title bar of the application’s tile.
Use the dropdown lists to select fields and their visibility (eye icon) or editability (pencil icon).
