The user profile consists of several tabs:

Basic information: first and last name, identifier, department, phone numbers, email address, and company assignments

Access rights: a tab for assigning permissions to view, create, and edit documents in applications

User preferences: settings related to language, document display format, default views, the order of displayed applications, and column visibility
