Shared schedules are a tool that allows users to efficiently and systematically share work schedules (timetables) within the LABOR system. Thanks to this functionality, users can, depending on their access rights, view their own schedules as well as those of other employees, such as coworkers, subordinates, or individuals assigned to specific organizational structures (e.g., departments, divisions, positions).
Users can individually configure which schedules are visible and for what time range—by default, this includes the current month, the previous one, and the next. They can also view detailed elements of the schedules, such as: work time standards, real-time attendance records, absence codes, types of work performed, alerts, and settlement period summaries.
To access shared work schedules, go to the LABOR application and select the appropriate view. The system allows filtering and adjusting the time range and data according to the user’s access rights and needs. If access to shared schedules is not available, contact the HR department to obtain the necessary permissions.
