To create a business trip request, click CREATE DOCUMENT in the MY DOCUMENTS section on the user Dashboard. From the expanded list, select BUSINESS TRIP REQUEST. In the selection list, choose either a domestic or foreign trip.
First, fill in the departure and arrival dates and times, as well as the purpose of the trip, which you can either enter manually or select from the list. If you select a purpose that requires additional details, a field will appear for you to fill out.
Next, select the cities by clicking the + button in the CITIES section. For international delegations, a list will appear where, first, you need to select the country. Then, enter the name of the town. The currency will be set automatically. In the CURRENCIES section, click the calendar icon and select the exchange rate day, which will automatically appear in the RATE window (data is taken from the NBP).
To add another location, click the + icon in the CITIES section, select the country from the list, and enter the town as described above. To choose a mode of transport, click the + icon in the MEANS OF TRANSPORT section. Select the appropriate item from the list and confirm by clicking OK. If you choose a company car, once confirmed, a list of available cars will appear, from which you must select the appropriate one.
To add an advance payment, click the + icon in the ADVANCE PAYMENT section, select the currency for the advance from the list, and confirm by clicking OK. In the value column, enter the advance amount. In the PAYMENT METHOD column, choose the form in which you would like to receive the advance. In the DATE OF APPROVAL column, click the calendar icon and select the date by which you should receive the advance.
