In the employee portal (dashboard), select the EMPLOYEE REQUEST option from the CREATE DOCUMENT menu within the MY DOCUMENTS component. Alternatively, in the ORG application, click the CREATE DOCUMENT button and choose the type of request you want to submit. From the list of available requests, select the appropriate type.
In the DESCRIPTION section, write the purpose of your request or use one of the suggested templates. Be sure to read the instructions for filling out the request.
Additional steps if attachments are required:
If the request requires a completed form or other document to be attached:
-Download the document template from the DOCUMENT TEMPLATES section.
-Fill it out and add it as an attachment by clicking the appropriate button, selecting the file, and confirming the upload.
Submitting the request:
Once the request is completed and any necessary attachments are added, it is ready to be submitted for approval.

Click “+” in the ORG view and select Employee Request.
Choose the type of request from the list.
In the Details tab, you can change the request type, edit the description, and add attachments (including document templates for download and completion).
In the Information tab, you can change the requesting employee or add notified persons.
In the Declarations tab, confirm the required declarations (those marked with an asterisk * are mandatory).
In the Approval tab, select the approvers or use the automatic approval path.
Finally, send the request for approval.
