To generate an Overtime Compensation Request, launch the Dashboard. Select the OVERTIME COMPENSATION REQUEST option from the CREATE DOCUMENT menu in the MY DOCUMENTS section. Once the request document is generated, the system will display a list of overtime hours available for compensation within the selected time period. If you are requesting compensation for a full day, under the SCOPE section, select FULL DAY and choose the date to which the request applies.
For full-day compensation, the system will suggest using vertime marked as WORK ON DAY OFF. If you want to request compensation for a few hours (a partial workday), under RANGE select the HOURLY option and specify the time range the request should cover. In this case, the system will display daily overtime hours. NOTE: When selecting an hourly range, overtime worked on a day off will not appear in the list. In the OVERTIME section, the system shows the number of overtime hours available in the current settlement period and the number of days available for compensation for work on non-working days.
The request is now ready and can be sent for approval using the button in the upper left panel

Go to the Leave app, click the “+” button, and select Leave Request → Overtime Compensation. In the Details tab, specify the day or days for compensation; to take individual hours, select the date and start and end times. In the Overtime tab, the system automatically fills in the number of hours to be taken, but you can adjust the days or edit the hours for each day. Indicate whether the compensation is requested by the employee, the employer, or both – for employer-requested compensation, each overtime hour corresponds to 1.5 hours of time off. For overtime worked on a day off, a full day off can be taken. In the Approval tab, add the decision-maker if not automatically set, and send the request for approval.
