Managing data in the MY DOCUMENTS component allows quick access to key employee information and documents, divided into several functional sections:
ABSENCES
– Displays documents and statuses related to absences, such as vacations and sick leaves.
LABOR REQUESTS
– Contains requests at various stages of the approval process, allowing monitoring of their progress.
DOCUMENTS
– Stores files related to the employee, such as contracts, annexes, certificates, or medical certificates.
REQUESTS
– Collects documents and their statuses regarding insurance, benefits, and other allowances and certificates.
SENSITIVE DATA
– Facilitates downloading documents such as pay slips, PIT, or RMUA.
– Access requires additional authorization (SSC Master app login password and the last 5 digits of the PESEL number or passport number).
The Dashboard is the main screen of the application that presents key information in the form of widgets. Here, you can check your tasks to complete, all absences (leave, sick leave, business trips), granted and received substitutions, as well as your documents and submitted requests – including SCP requests.
The Approval tile shows items awaiting confirmation. There is also a Sensitive Data section (e.g., payslip, PIT, RMUA), which is protected by an additional layer of authorization.
At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find widgets displaying information about overtime and vacation limits, ensuring that the most important data is always within reach.
