If you selected authentication using the trusted profile, enter the company’s NIP in the next step and click UWIERZYTELNIJ
Verify the document and click PODPISZ
Choose how you want to sign the document
You can do this using a trusted profile or a bank account.

Using a qualified certificate
After logging in, go to the CERTYFIKATY tab and open WNIOSKUJ O CERTYFIKAT. Assign a name to the certificate and create a password (these two elements will be needed to integrate SSC Invoices with the KSeF system). Click GENERUJ
In the next step, choose the purpose of the certificate: Authentication in the KSeF system, and select the date from which the certificate should be valid. Click WYŚLIJ WNIOSEK O WYDANIE CERTYFIKATU.
Clicking the ODŚWIEŻ button will display a confirmation that the request is being processed and will show a button to download the certificate.
After clicking POBIERZ CERTYFIKAT, two files will be downloaded: a certificate with the .crt extension and a key with the .key extension. FIRMA is the name entered during the certificate registration process.
