To integrate Invoices with KSeF, open the configuration, go to the ADVANCED tab, and authorize yourself in the SENSITIVE DATA section.
Go to the KSeF INTEGRATION tab and check the checkbox with the same name to display the fields.
Select the environment with which you want to integrate Invoices (production, demonstration, or test).
Enter the NIP associated with the KSeF account you want to integrate with Invoices.
Click the AUTHORIZE button to open the integration window.
If the invoices are already integrated, a window with a notification will appear. To remove the current configuration, click DELETE.

In the displayed integration window, add the name of the cofinguration, the previously downloaded certificate and key (see article: Obtaining KSeF Certificates) and enter the password assigned to the certificate. Confirm by clicking SAVE.

Check the IMPORT INCOMING INVOICES checkbox to set how many of the most recent days’ invoices should be retrieved in both the invoice view and from the document level.
Select which types of invoices should be imported.
If you want a contractor to be automatically created in the CRM database when not found after saving an invoice, check the corresponding checkbox.
If you want the download history to be displayed after the invoice retrieval process is completed, check the corresponding checkbox.
