The modification history is used to record the history of changes in document fields. An entry contains the data of the person making the change, the date and time, and the data of the field in which the change is made.
To open it, click on MODIFICATION HISTORY in the top panel.
The initial document contains only the author and the creation date.

After each field modification and saving the document, entries will appear in the modification history.

An entry consists of the date and time.

The full name of the person making the change.

Information about the action taken, the field name, and the field values.

Note: information about changes is recorded only after the value in the field is modified. The change is not saved when the value is entered for the first time.
Changes are also recorded in the document of the approved leave request.
