To open a new document, launch the Filestore app, press the “+” button, and select CREATE DOCUMENT.
Choose the project related to the file and the stage.
Enter the document name, select the type, category, and the person to be notified from the list. To add a tag, type it in the appropriate field and confirm by pressing the “+” button.
In the INFORMATION tab, you’ll find details of the contractor assigned to the selected project. You can change it by clicking the contractor field and searching for another on the list.
In the DETAILS tab, enter a description of the document. You can also add an attachment here by clicking the ATTACH FILE button.
Save the completed document by pressing the floppy disk icon.
