To open a new document, launch the Filestore app, press the “+” button, and select CREATE DOCUMENT.
To open the full view, click the menu icon (three dots) and select FULL VIEW.

In the BASIC DATA tab, choose the project related to the file and the stage. You can also change the contractor. Click their field and search for another one from the list.
Enter the document name, select the type, category, and the person to be notified from the list. To add a tag, type it in the appropriate field and confirm by pressing the “+” button.
In the DOCUMENT DETAILS tab, enter a description of the document. You can also add an attachment here by clicking the ATTACH FILE button.
In the TASKS tab, you can add a task to the document. Save the document, click the ADD button. Enter the due date and time, type the task name and description, and select the responsible person.
In the COMMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS tab, you can add additional comments and attachments.
Save the completed document by pressing the floppy disk icon.
