Video tutorial:
Employee requests are related to various HR and payroll matters and more, such as employment certificate requests, group insurance requests, company benefit requests, and others.
You can find the list of employee requests in the REQUESTS tile. When expanded, it will display sub-tabs: MY REQUESTS, SUBORDINATES’ REQUESTS, and ALL, which help you quickly find the requests you need at the moment. To open the list, click the selected option.
To create a new request, click the “+” button and select EMPLOYEE REQUEST.
Select the type of request.
After selecting the type of request, the request wizard view (compact view) will open automatically. To switch to the full view, click the three-dot icon in the top right corner and select FULL VIEW.
If the selected request type includes a completion guide, it will appear automatically after selecting the request. To hide it, click the HIDE INSTRUCTION button. The instruction will be hidden, and the button will move to the bottom of the screen so you can reopen it at any time.
Basic Data
After hiding the instruction, the full form-document appears. In the BASIC DATA tab, you will find information about the request: Company, Issuer and Requester, Position of the Requester, Document Number, Document Status in the Approval Workflow, Document Date, and Category.
If you are submitting a request on someone else’s behalf, you can click the REQUESTER field and select the appropriate person from the list.
In the same way, you can add an informed person.
If needed, you can change the type of request. Click the REQUEST TYPE field and select a different type from the list. Fill in the description.
If the request requires it, you can attach a file. Click ATTACH THE FILE and select a file from your device.
The request template may include a guide and a document sample. You’ll find them in the INSTRUCTIONS AND TEMPLATES subsection. To download the document sample, click the downward arrow, or click the eye icon to preview it.
Approval path
In the APPROVAL PATH tab, indicate the person responsible for approving the request. Click the EDIT STAGE button and select the appropriate person from the list.
Note: Depending on your company’s internal policies, the approval path may be automatically filled in and not editable.
You can save the request by clicking the floppy disk icon, or send it for approval by pressing the paper airplane button.
