The SSC Master team has introduced an employee secondment functionality that allows managers to submit requests for the secondment of employees between stores or departments.
A manager can report the need to temporarily transfer an employee from his store/department to another, or request the assignment of an employee from another department/store to his team.
The system also allows users to search for available employees based on specific dates and assignment to appropriate elements of the organizational structure. The search engine makes it easy to find employees who may be available for secondment on a specific date.
New options for displaying secondments in the view and schedule will allow you to quickly find the transferred employee.
