Two special fields on the employment form are available to register and track the reasons and modes of work terminations. In the context of entering the work termination date, two additional fields appear:
Reason for work termination
Work termination mode
Each of these fields can be provided with a selection list, a multiple-choice list, or a text box to type values. The basic configuration contains the following values:

Work termination mode (single check box):
Each list can be freely configured by authorized persons in the SSC Master system using the “MODIFY LIST” button.
If the “force these fields” feature is enabled, after entering the end date of employment at the current or past date, the system will force the indication of the values in the individual fields (reason and work termination mode).
If the date of termination of employment is in the future (the standard situation when you enter temporary contracts in which the date of termination of employment is entered at the time of employment of the employee), then the forcing data entry of these two fields will not work and the system will allow you to save employment documents without completing them.
You can enable the data in the “Work termination mode and reason” fields in the view as separate columns. Just keep in mind that the displayed information also regards redundant employees. It’s recommended using views such as Employment -> Outdated.
