Dear Customers,
to improve the user experience of the SSC Master application, we have provided the ability to individually parameterize the display of information on the home page.
Currently, the user can change settings in the following areas:
1. Setting the order and visibility of columns on views in the application
2. Sorting of data by columns
3. Set the default view in each application
4. Setting the order of applications in the menu
1. Setting the order and visibility of columns on views in the application
To change the order or visibility of columns on the views, click on the icon located on the view bar.
If you want to change the order of a column in the view, just grab the column in question and drag it to the appropriate place in the list.

If you want to hide a column in the view, just uncheck the checkbox to the left of the column name. Analogically, you can add a column to the view by checking the checkbox to the left of the column name.
At any time you can restore the default layout of the view (visibility and order of columns) by clicking on the button, located in the lower left of the view parameterization window.
After approving the changes with the OK button, the view will be reloaded and the data will be displayed in the new, modified layout.
Parameterization of views is done independently for each application and individual forms in the application, e.g. you can parameterize views in incoming invoices and outgoing invoices independently.
2. Sorting of data by columns
To sort the data by a specific column, click on the icon next to each column name.
We can sort in descending as well as as ascending order . Subsequent read batches of documents are automatically sorted according to the set criteria.
NOTE: The information about the sorted column is not stored in the user’s settings, so after refreshing the view, the sorting is performed after the default column in the given view.
3. Set the default view in each application
In the SSC Master application, the user can set himself a default view for a given application. If such a view has been set, it will automatically open when the given application is turned on.
To set the default view in the application, click on the button located on the view bar.
The view, which has been set as the default, changes the icon to:
Only one view in the application can be set as the default view.
If you want to deselect a view so that it is no longer the default view, just click the icon and confirm the message by clicking YES.

4. Setting the order of applications in the menu
To change the order of applications in the main menu, click on the PARAMETERS button in the main application menu.
In the user parameters window, we go to the second tab called APPS/VIEWS.
If we want to change the order of the applications, we simply “grab” the application and drag it to the appropriate place in the list.
After confirming the changes with the OK button, the list of applications located in the left menu, will be reloaded and set according to the user-defined order.
