To create a new access rights scheme, click on the CREATE DOCUMENT button.
Fill in the name of the scheme and the default company.
On the ACCESS RIGHTS tab, define the rights for each application the same way as for assigning access rights to a user. Details are described in the previous sections of this manual.
You will find two buttons at the bottom of the form:
– EDIT – allows to define the appropriate access rights to the application
– IMPORT PERMISSIONS – allows to import acces rights from a user profile or other scheme
If you modify the access rights in the scheme, update the user rights by pressing the UPDATE USER SCHEMES button located on the button bar in the scheme document.
