If the field is edited and no data change requires approval, then you just need to enter new values and after saving the document, new data will be displayed on the form.
If you need the changes approval from others (e.g. HR dept) to make a change to a field, click on the icon next to the field. For example, if you want to change your check-in address, proceed as shown below:
Then complete the changes in all the necessary fields.
In each field that you change, the system displays the existing value and the newly added value that will be subject to approval.
If you want to cancel the change in a given field, click on the button.
After making changes to all the fields the document has to be saved. The change information is automatically sent to the approvers (e.g. HR dept) and the fields will are marked as pending approval of the changes.
Once the changes have been approved (e.g. by the HR dept), the data will be displayed on the form and the employee will receive email notification of the approved changes.
