The employee request form contains the following elements.
On the first tab the following data is displayed:
ISSUER – The person submitting the request. Depending on your application access rights, you can create requests on behalf of another employee, the requester change is required in this case.
REQUESTER – The person to whom the request form relates
POSITION – Job position of the applicant
DEPARTMENT – Department of the applicant works for
DOCUMENT NO. – Request document number generated by the system automatically
STATUS – Status/stage of the employee application workflow (being created, pending approval, approved, other stages)
PERSON INFORMED – A field to indicate additional persons to be notified about the new request.
DESCRIPTION – In this field, the employee describes in detail the application matter and the expected way of proceeding
ATTACHMENTS – in this section you can add the attachments that the employee is obliged to provide
INSTRUCTION OF COMPLETING THE REQUEST – a detailed guide on filling the form
DOCUMENTS TEMPLATES – the filled templates of documents to be reviewed for a specific type of application
On the APPROVAL PATH tab, you can complete the data related to the approval path of a particular type of request. Depending on the type of application and the department, the approval path may be supplemented in other ways. In the same place, you can approve the requests awaiting your approval (based on roles/access rights).
The following function buttons are located on the top menu level:
– allows you to submit the document for approval.
– you can save the draft of the document for later completion
– this field contains the entire history of modifications and changes made.
