Special leave for blood donation must be reported in advance, but the RCKiK (Polish authority) certificate is received only after the donation. How do I inform HR? Will it special paid leave? 

[Answer] In the case of a day off for don’t donate blood, nothing in the process has changed as of today. The certificate must be submitted to the HR department.
