[Answer] Every year, you must submit an application to the employee portal. The type of application is: “Granting up to two days for childcare (Article 188 Polish Labor Code)”. Once the HR department approves such a request, the accrued limit will be automatically transferred to the SSC Master in the appropriate  vacation limit document fields.
