I haven’t received my login details, who can I contact for help? 

[Answer] If you know the email address assigned to your account, you can access it yourself. Simply use the “Reset password” procedure on the login page. After verifying the correctness of the email address, a link to change the password is sent to the specified email address. The same procedure is used in case you forget your password. 

If you do not know or are not sure to which email address your account has been registered, please contact your HR department.
