Replacement functionality is now available in the SSC Master Mobile app! It allows you to temporarily assign documents and access rights to another user while you are absent. You have full access to this option from anywhere you have a mobile device with you.
Creating replacements is quick and easy – you can do it directly from the replacements panel. In addition, when you create leave or business trip requests, the system will automatically ask you if you want to create a replacement.
The application will make sure that the replacements are created correctly. The system will automatically check if you don’t already have another replacement at that time or if you are not assigned as a replacement. In addition, it will check if the person you want to assign as a replacement does not already have other replacement or scheduled absence at that time.
You will find information about the replacement assigned to you in your Dashboard, which will allow you to quickly see what functions you have covered in the absence of other users. Replacements will also be automatically visible in document approval paths.
