The SSC Master ORG (Organizational Structure) application allows you to keep full records to manage employees, contractors, and experts. 

Main features provided: 

– Employee profile creation and management, 

– Employment documents management, 

– Organizational structure creation and management, 

– Vacation limits and absence management. 

There are four main function modules available within the application: 

– Employee Management – allows you to create and manage the employee’s profiles,  

– Employment Management – allows you to create, record, and monitor the employee’s employment documents (contracts), 

– Absences Management – absence planning and management, also available from the SSC Master LABOR application level, 

– Viewing the Organizational Structure – presentation of the organizational structure modeled for a given company,
