To sort the data by a specific column, click on the icon next to each column label. 

You can sort in descending   and increasing order. Subsequent document batches that you load are automatically sorted by the specified order.  

NOTICE: Information about the sorted column is not saved in the user’s settings, so after the view is refreshed, sorting is performed after the default column in that view.
