To change the order of the application modules in the main menu, click on the Parameters button in the main menu of the application. 

In the user parameters window, pick the second tab called Applications/Views. 

To change the order of the application modules, just drag and drop the application name to place it in the proper position.   

When the changes are approved with the OK button, the list of application modules in the left menu will be reloaded and set according to the user-defined order.
