After completing the planning of timesheets, the stage of recording the actual working time takes place. For people who have been deselected the option to use T&A readers, the application automatically moves the start and end times from the plan column (T&A) to the Records column (ECP), in the case of employees whose option to use T&A readers has been enabled, the application qualifies the actual working time worked based on readings entered by the employee or from T&A readers. In the event of any difference between the plan and the implementation, such changes should be noted directly in the schedule.
