In the access rights scheme document, you can configure access rights to view schedules for all people assigned to the scheme. Exceptions to the scheme are set in individual user accees rights document.
Access to the schedules of employees assigned to individual elements of the structure (SECTIONS, DEPARTMENT, etc.) is defined in the SHARED GRAPHIC.
In the first step, select one of the two main display options.
If you want to make visible schedules of specific people, select BY EMPLOYEES,
mark EVERYONE, or click SELECTED EMPLOYEES, tag the required employees and confirm with OK.
To make available the schedules of employees assigned to specific structure elements, mark BY STRUCTURE. A list of available structure elements will expand.
Marking the USER option in the SECTION, will cause the user to see schedules of people assigned to the same section as the user.
To select access to the schedules of people assigned to other SECTIONS mark OTHER.
As with employee selection, you can check ALL sections,
or click CHOSEN SECTIONS,
select the required items and confirm with the OK button.
Similarly, you can set visibility according to other elements of the structure.
DISPLAY OPTIONS FOR SCHEDULE ITEMS
You can assign/restrict the visibility of various schedule items. Expand the schedules section and check the items you want to be displayed.
Norm (Working time standard) – the period within which the employee is obliged to remain available to the employer within each working day and week
Work time register – registered work days and hours
Real time – registration of real working time, based on clock in & out
Absence codes – indicate the types of absences for a given day
Forms of performed work – indicate the forms of work performed on a given day
Alerts – indicate a variety of irregularities
Settlement period – A summary of all the hours of the working time standard and the working time plan for the entire settlement period
Confirm ready settings with OK button, save
and UPDATE USER SCHEMES.
Select which elements you want to update. In this case, it is the SHARED SCHEDULES VIEW. You can update it, which will add new settings to those configured earlier, or reset it, which will make the entire settings anew.
Customizing individual user acces rights is similar. Note: in order to be able to set individual access rights, you must first open the SCHEME EXCEPTION padlock.
NOTE: Individual settings do not exclude settings from the scheme.
