After accepting the request by the immediate supervisor, the data contained in it are treated as valid and are included in the employees’ schedules.
If the request is submitted for days in the past, then the system automatically qualifies it and, in the case of recording actual working time, tries to qualify it provided that the actual reflections from the readers are consistent with the application.
In the case of an request submitted for days into the future, the data is saved in individual schedules, while their qualification takes place during the import of readings from T&A readers.
After accepting the request, the data is entered into the schedule and processed accordingly.
If an overtime request has been submitted for a given day, then an icon will appear.
When you click on the request icon , detailed information about planned overtime opens.
To open a specific application, click on the icon.
After accepting the application, it is not possible to modify it (you can not add more people or modify the scope), you can only delete entire rows related to a given user and a given day. Such an operation may be performed by the applicant.
To do this, being in edit mode, click on the icon next to a given row.
When you delete a row, a message appears.
After confirmation, the data is “deleted” from the application and after it is saved, they are removed from the employee’s schedule.
In the schedule, the data looks like below:
Information about the deletion of an overtime request is noted in the modification history field of the row.
NOTICE:
The manager has the option of manually adjusting the amount of overtime worked, but always within the range indicated in the command. Therefore, if we have 2 hours of overtime planned in the command, the qualified time can be modified in such a way that the overwork component does not exceed the value of 2 hours from the command.
It is impossible to modify the qualified time increasing the overtime worked beyond the scope indicated in the application, in which case an appropriate message will appear informing about this fact.
A manager cannot qualify overtime “manually” unless an order to work overtime is submitted. If you try to enter such data, the system will display an appropriate message.
