There is an alert mechanism available in the system configuration, which allows email notifications to be sent to relevant users. Alerts are related to budget exceeding or under-scheduling of hours. The list of receivers of alerts is fully modifiable, it can be the direct supervisor (e.g. store manager), HR Department or other people defined in the mechanism. The configuration of the alert mechanism is extensive and allows parameterization in various cases:
-budget exceeding
-under-budgeting
-compliance with the budget
The direct supervisor receives notification regarding the element of the structure he or she manages.
The HR department receives an summary notification that includes data with irregularities within all departments (stores).
