The request document includes four tabs:
Basic data
The BASIC DATA tab contains information such as:
-request type
-company name
-issuer name
-number of the document
-requester data: name, position and direct supervisor
-status of the request
Approval path
The APPROVAL PATH tab is used to select the decisional person(s) on the approval workflow of the document.
Document details
The tab is used to complete the rest of the data. It contains two “sub-tabs”: OVERTIME and WORK OFF
WORK TIME SCHEDULE indicates the type of scheduled day, it can be, for example, a leave, a holiday, scheduled work time
DATE RANGE is used to indicate the dates to be requested
The NUMBER OF HOURS option is used to indicate the amount of overtime, and a switch allows you to select whether the additional hours are to be performed after the work or before.
The SELECTED HOURS option allows you to indicate the specific hours for performing overtime. This is used when overtime is not ” stuck” to the scheduled working hours.
The WORK OFF request contains a list of absences to be worked off and a summary of hours to be worked off within the settlemen period.
Additionally, there may be displayed a section for the address of performed work (this is especially relevant for remote work and occasional remote work) and declarations.
