Changes and approval
To make changes to an existing document, click the pencil button and enter the necessary edits. Save them by clicking the floppy disk button.
Depending on the configuration, the data may need to be approved by the HR department. When you enable document editing, a button with a change preview notification will appear at the bottom. Open the preview. A list of pending changes will be displayed. You can approve or reject changes individually or all at once. After approval or rejection, you can withdraw the decision by clicking the WITHDRAW APPROVAL (REJECTION) OF CHANGES button. After approval, save the document.
Document creation
To create a new document, click the “+” icon and select CREATE EMPLOYEE PROFILE.
Fill in the data in the tabs discussed in the previous article and save by clicking the floppy disk button.
