Employee requests are related to the processing of various HR and payroll matters and more: request for employment certificate, request for group insurance, request for company benefits and others .
You can find a list of employee requests in the REQUEST tab. When expanded, you will see sub-tabs: TO SEND, TO ACCEPT, ALL, which will allow you to more quickly find the applications you need at the moment. To open their list press the desired item.
To create an employee request, click on the plus icon and select CREATE EMPLOYEE REQUEST.
Specify the type of request.
After selecting type of request, the full form-document is displayed. The BASIC DATA tab shows detailed information about the request.
If you scroll through the tab, you can find instructions for filling out the request, if it has been added by the HR department. There is also a button to add an attachment if the request needs one.
On the APPROVAL PATH tab, indicate the person who is responsible for approving the request.
and select the correct person from the list.
Note: Depending on your company’s internal procedures, the approval path may be automatically filled in and impossible to edit.
You can save the request by clicking the floppy disk icon, or send it for approval by pressing the paper airplane button.
