STRUCTURE ACCESS RIGHTS
In this section you can indicate, the types of documents to which the ” Direct supervisor” and the “owners of the various elements of the structure” are to have access rights.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
In this tab you can configure fields with additional information in the employee profile document.
To bookmark a new type of information click the + icon
and the stylus icon to rename the new tab. Type in the new name and confirm with the OK button.
If you want to change the order of the bookmarks, click on the name of the bookmark, move to the right place and release button.
To add a field to a bookmark, click the + icon.
Select the data type and confirm.
Enter the name of the column.
In the DATA TYPE – DETAILS column, the type of data depends on the value indicated in the DATA TYPE column.
LIST
You can decide whether it should be a single-choice or multiple-choice list. Also, you should enter the values to be selected in the list.
DATE FIELD
Indicate what date format should be displayed in the column.
FIELD NUMBER
Define how many decimal places will be possible to fill, and whether it will be a currency unit.
FIELD TEXT
The text field does not have its own configuration. It is an ordinary field for entering text.
In the next column, you choose which field you want to make mandatory.

CHANGE OF EMPLOYEE DATA
In this section, we indicate how the employee makes changes to individual fields in his profile. We can define whether the modification of a particular field requires starting the change approval process or not, and what additional actions are to be performed in the process of making changes.
IDENTIFIERS
In this section, we indicate how each field containing user IDs should behave, e.g. HR No., RFID No., etc.
ABSENCES
In this section, we define additional parameters related to the processing of absence documents.
LEAVE LIMITS
In this section you can configure the default size of leave limits.
To add a new limit, click the + icon, in the list that appears, indicate the appropriate option and confirm with OK.
In the second column, enter what number of days of a given limit will automatically enter when creating an employee’s leave limit document, and in the third column, enter the maximum number of days that can be assigned.
The next column is for limiting the availability of a given limit.
