The tab accommodates options for parameterizing various elements, regarding working time, such as norms and working time system, salary components, types of days off, etc.
Daily parameters
In this section you can set in which hour ranges the night hours start and end.
Days off during week
Settings for days to be taken as days off by default.
Holiday and trade ban dates
Checking the checkboxes in these sections, results in block the ability to modify the working time rules on holidays and on non-trading days. In addition, in the field for dates, you can enter the days on which the trade ban occurs in a given year.
Working time standard
This section defines the working time norm for the year, which consists of the number of working days and days off by settlement periods.
To open a document on a given year, click its position in the list. In the displayed document, you can change the entered data.
To create a new standard, click +NEW WORKING TIME STANDARD
and complete the data.
T&A System
To add a new system, click on +ADD T&A SYSTEM
Enter the name and symbol.
Select whether the system should be the default.
Check the box if you want to limit planning to specific days:
If necessary, you can add an exception. Select the type from the list, then the selected fields and days.
DAY OFF TYPES
The section is used to define the types of days off assigned in the schedules.
To add a new type of day off, click the +ADD DAY OFF TYPE button.
and enter the information in the relevant fields.
SALARY COMPONENTS
The section allows you to configure the salary components that display in the schedule. They can refer, for example, to overtime, working off the underwork, on-call or commuting allowances.
To add a new component, click +ADD PAYMENT COMPONENT.
Enter the name, symbol and code of the component
Choose one of the options:
basic – component related to exceeding the work schedule (overtime)
additional – a type of component related to all qualified working time on a given day (including overtime)
one-day – is always calculated at the value of 1 for the whole day
quantitative – a component that is not calculated by default. You should enter the maximum value that can be entered in the schedule. If this component is also to be recalculated, check the RECALCULATE box.
Select whether the component is to be settled monthly or within a longer settlement period
Select an component type from the list.
If necessary, select any of the options:
Select from the list when the component is to be sent to the HR and payroll system.
You can postpone sending to the system by checking the box:
Enter a name to integrate the component into your ERP system
Select the type of grouping
WORK TIME RULES
Click +ADDEN WORKING TIME RULE if you want to add a new rule, or click a an item in the list if you want to modify an existing one.
Enter the name, symbol and description.
If you want the schedule to display an additional description of the rules, check the box and enter a description.
Assign color.
Select the type of rule.
Standard allows you to define a start and end time
The flexitime rule allows you to define how many hours must be worked in a day, without imposing a start and end time for working hours.
You can enter from what time the qualified working time starts, or mark the start of flexitime hours.
If necessary, select any of the following options
You can assign to a rule a default form of work performed, forms additionally available, or limit the choice of forms.
To do this, click on the relevant link and select the form from the list.
SCHEDULE RULES SYSTEM
To add a new rule system, click +ADD SCHEDULING RULE SYSTEM, or click the relevant item in the list if you want to modify an existing one.
Enter the name and symbol.
Select the type of cycle, define its length and mark the start date.
If necessary, select any of the following options.
Assign the working time rule and possible days off. To expand the list of choices, click on the link.
The selected number of weeks in a cycle determines how many possible following weeks will be configurable.
FORMS OF WORK PERFORMED
To add a new form, click +ADD WORK FORM, or click the relevant item in the list if you want to modify an existing one.
Enter the name and code.
Select type,
color
and an icon representing the form of work performed in the schedule.
Select where the form should be available for selection. If you selected the request option, indicate on which request.
You can also limit the availability of form of work performed.
If in the previous step you selected remote work as the type of form, you can check the requirements for the address of work.
If you have selected on-call, you can enter the required start and end times.
If necessary, select any of the following options.
You can assign a default salary component to form of work performed.
Select whether the form is to be counted according to the working time plan or records.
DECLARATIONS
To add a new statement, click +Add Statement, or click the item in the list if you want to modify an existing one.
Enter the name of the declaration, its content and label.
Define on which request the declaration should be available.
Enter the sequence number by which the declarations will be displayed on a request.
Select the mode of approval. Radio – possibility to mark one of several options, checkbox – possibility to mark – or not – a single option.
Select whether the declaration should be mandatory for approval or not.
USER SELECTION LIST FROM HR
In this section, you indicate on which permissions you want the selection lists of employees from the HR application to be displayed in each location of the system. There are several of the options to choose from:
All users – a list of all users defined for a particular company
Users from the scheme – a list of users assigned to a specific access rights scheme
Users from the department – a list of users assigned to a specific department
Users from the user department – a list of users assigned to the same department as the user’s department
By access rights – a list of users to which the user has access
REQUESTOR SELECTION LIST
In this section you specify on which access right you want the selection lists of the requestor from the HR application to be displayed in each location of the system. You can choose from several of the options:
Default
Everyone
User department
EMPLOYEE (DOCUMENT OWNER) IN THE EDITOR / READER FIELDS
This section defines the user’s basic access rights to their own documents.
